Local Property Partners was founded by Daria Tedling, REIWA Residential Property Manager of the Year for 2025, to challenge the low-standard, high-volume model that dominates much of the industry.
With extensive experience managing complex portfolios, building compliance frameworks, and managing high-value residential assets, Daria brings a disciplined, investor-first approach to every property.
Her focus is simple and measurable: reduce vacancy, optimise rental income, and eliminate compliance risk: backed by data, systems, and disciplined oversight.
