Premium Advertising Package $380 Professional photography, virtual tour, premium portal placement, signboard and — where available — a floor plan design. Valued at $850+.
Condition Report $250 Detailed entry condition report using modern tech for clear, compliant documentation.
Routine Inspection $100 360° virtual inspection and written report, with maintenance and compliance highlights.
Lease Renewal $300 Early rent review assessment, tenant contact, updated documentation and continuation planning.
Rent Arrears Protection (Barclay MIS) Included Professional debt recovery support to help reduce arrears and eviction risk. Activated only if tenants are unresponsive after standard processes. Annual cost covered by us (normal value ~$77).
Other Inclusions Included Live owner dashboards, transparent reporting, no admin fees, no EOFY summary fees and no database check fees.
