About this application
This application is for a residential tenancy under the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA). If approved, you will be offered a tenancy agreement on standard terms, including a security bond equivalent to 4 weeks rent lodged with the Bond Administrator, and rent paid in advance.
Your application will be reviewed alongside any other applicants. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and the landlord is not obligated to provide reasons for any decision.
National Tenancy Database (NTD) check
As part of the application process, Local Property Partners will conduct a check against the National Tenancy Database. This is a standard part of the tenant screening process and helps us assess rental history.
The NTD check may include a search of rental history records including previous tenancy defaults, unpaid rent, or tenancy-related court orders.
Your information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and used solely for the purposes of this application. You have the right to access and correct the personal information held about you.
By submitting this application, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected or any subsequent tenancy being terminated.
