We collect, lodge and transfer the bond to your name
We collect the bond from the tenant at lease signing, lodge it with Bonds Administration via BondsOnline within 14 days as required by WA law, then complete the bond variation to transfer it into your name within 7 days of lease commencement. From that point you are the landlord of record and the bond is fully yours to manage.
