Living in one of our share houses?
A private hub for current lodgers in Local Property Partners managed share houses. Maintenance, confidential reporting, lease renewals and vacate notices in one place. Everything you submit comes straight to Daria.
Three ways to flag something quietly.
Damage you've noticed, tension between housemates, or an idea to improve how the house runs. All three forms are confidential and your identity is optional.
For damage to the property that you've seen or know about. The more we know early, the easier it is to handle fairly.
For when something is making the house uncomfortable but you don't know how to raise it directly. Small things compound; we'd rather hear about them early.
Something that would make the house run more smoothly. A bin schedule, a kitchen layout idea, a cleaning routine, a piece of furniture that's missing, anything. We read every one.
This support hub is for current lodgers in share houses managed by Local Property Partners under lodging agreements. Lodging agreements sit outside the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA). Specific terms (notice periods, rent review timing, access rules, and dispute resolution) are set by your individual lodging agreement, which is the authoritative document for your tenancy. This page provides general information only and does not vary your agreement. If anything here appears to conflict with your written agreement, your agreement prevails. The confidential reporting forms above are reviewed by Daria personally; we do not share who reported what with other lodgers in the house. For anything urgent, please call or text directly on 0422 238 434.
